Growing like a little weed.....

Sophia had her 4 month appointment today and also had her dreaded shots.  She did pretty well this time, I have to say!  She now weighs 13 lbs 4 oz and is 23 1/2 inches long.  Basically she has doubled in weight, which we were pretty glad to hear; although, there were no concerns because she eats like a horse:)  Aunt Shantel likes to make fun of her for this-

1st time in her jumparoo and she seemed to really like it!

Lucas and  I have only seen Sophia roll a few times, but aparently she rolls all the time at daycare and has now just about got it down to a science!  So, tonight I put her on her tummy and there it was....I finally caught it on camera for you all to see.

New hat from great aunt Tami!

New things every day...

Sophie keeps suprising us!  A few days ago, she laughed out loud for the first time and today she rolled over from tummy to back!  It was so exciting- Lucas and I were jumping up and down in the living room, screaming too, while she just laid there on the ground confused.  Hopefully I'll get it on video here soon so I can post it.  Guess we'll have to change how we do a few things now!

Sophia's baptism

Sophia was baptized today and she did so well.  She was awake and attentive to the minister as he spoke...she was even smiling at him and it was too cute!  If you'll notice, she is wearing a beautiful heirloom baptismal gown, which was also worn by her great grandfather when he was baptized.  There are some pictures that did not turn out, so hopefully I will be able to add more pictures later-
